I had an absolutely amazing experience with Easthams! My husband and I were moving to the North West from the South West on a Friday. It was a very stressful day, worsened by the delay due to traffic and the moving van not coming in time. I was so worried that we wouldnt be able to make it to the office in time to collect the keys, and as it was a Friday that would have been catastrophic. But Dawn and Matt were amazing, they stayed back for us till 8pm on a Friday and I will never ever forget their kindness.

We have never regretted appointing Eastham's as our agent. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful but, most importantly, really efficient in what they do. We feel very secure knowing that our rental property is in good hands. It makes a difference that they are a family business with rentals as their main focus, thus clients are not competing with time taken for sales of properties. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you Easthams! I joined Easthams as a landlord early this year (2019) in order to let out my property. The whole process has been a pleasure. The team are fast, very helpful and professional, and follow through on their commitments ‘to the letter’. They responded to all my requests. When something needed doing to the property they “went the extra mile” to get jobs done quickly and hassle free. The team are very attentive to detail and communications are easy and timely. I’m not a large scale nor experienced landlord, and the team have made my experience very positive. A tenant was found quickly and following all the checks and steps promised. I’ve been provided with very straight forward paperwork, receipts and accounts which make keeping on top of things really simple. Very much obliged to a great organization.

Have known Easthams and Co for some time now. The team there are on fire💥 dropped the keys off at 2pm today for one of our properties and the property was viewed and let by 330!! If you have and property letting requirements give them a call you will not be disappointed

As a landlord I've used Easthams for 6 years now. I found them via a recommendation through family, who had used them as tenants and were very happy with the service. My own experience with Eastham's has been great, and I wouldn't use anyone else. Fast, fair, knowledgeable and my own tenants have been happy too. Perfect.

Me and my partner were with Easthams & Co for just a year. Having moved properties once every year for 3 years due to having difficult to-work-with agencies and terrible customer service I think we finally found the one. Easthams was a fantastic agency who were fantastically punctual, any jobs needed doing like repairs or replacements were done with sophistication and efficiency. Would recommend again 10/10 great communication and customer service!

Why use anyone else these guys are top people nothing too much trouble and i found that any issues i had were promptly dealt with fuss free Ed in particular is very efficient at his job .............just give them a try and see for yourself!

Avoid as a Tennant if you can. You'll need to cover yourself with them, make sure you get everything in writing or they'll go back on their word. Also provided the best reason to not get my deposit so far "there is rubbish in your bin outside". Sorry but I didn't move out on bin day.

The best agency I have ever dealt with. No issues at all. Professional customer service, very easy to get it touch and get a reply. Sensible fees and no extra charges. Would really recommend. Really sad that I had to leave.

We had two viewing with Eastham's and Co for rental properties in the Preston area. On both occasion's the staff from Eastham's came prepared with all the information we needed. The viewing where conducted in both a professional and friendly manner with out a "hard sell" approach. On the first viewing the lady who showed us around the house spoke very highly of the company and said she had found working with the company an absolute pleasure and this certainly came through in her approach to her work. We put an offer in on the second property and we where quickly contacted with all the information about the process and what we needed to do. Dawn was our point of contact through out this process and she kept us up to date with the progress and ensured everything moved along at an efficient pace whilst keeping us updated at every point possible. I couldn't recommend the company enough, they may the whole process as stress free as possible. Thank you.

I couldn't have made a better choice! I am a new tenant in Preston and Easthams made the whole experience with my move absolutely brilliant from the very first second. Highest level of professionalism and extremely helpful in all the steps of my move from Cornwall. I have to make a particular reference to Matt Bowyer, the agent who was mainly involved in my move. No words can describe his professionalism and willingness to help! He always made himself available for any question I had and sorted immediately everything that was needed. 5 star service in all aspects and a huge thank you Easthams and Matt for making this difficult move a very smooth one, really grateful!
